To pay for your order by Bank Wire, simply select “Bank Wire” as your payment method at checkout. To lock in and guarantee your order, we require a 10% pre-authorization deposit on a debit or credit card. This deposit will appear as a pending charge and will not post as a final charge unless your Bank Wire payment is not received or the order is canceled, in accordance with our Market Loss and order cancellation policies. Once your Bank Wire is received, the pre-authorization is automatically voided and released.

After placing your order, you’ll receive our detailed Bank Wire instructions, including our bank account and routing information, both on the order confirmation page and via email. You’ll use this information to complete your Bank Wire payment.

To complete your payment, you’ll need to send your Bank Wire through your financial institution. Many banks require you to visit a branch in person, where a representative or teller can assist you with the transfer. If you use an online-only bank, you'll need to call your institution to initiate the payment. Simply let the bank representative know you’d like to send a Bank Wire for a purchase. The process is typically quick and only takes a few minutes. You’re not required to share details about the contents of your order unless you choose to. Simply letting them know you’re sending a payment for an online order is sufficient. Please include your order number in the reference or memo field to help ensure prompt and accurate processing.

Some banks and brokerages, such as Charles Schwab, allow you to send Bank Wires directly through your online account or online bill pay. In these cases, you can complete the transfer without visiting a branch. Please check with your bank to see if you’re able to send a bank wire online, where they may set up access for you.

Please note that we are only able to accept Fedwire (also known as Bank Wire) payments. Bank facilitated ACH transfers or bill pay services cannot be used as a substitute. Once your payment is received, your order will be processed and prepared for shipment promptly. In most cases, we receive Bank Wires the same day or the next business day, depending on when the payment is sent. You’ll receive an email confirming that your payment has been received and that the 10% pre-authorization deposit on your card has been voided and released. Orders typically ship within one business day after payment is received, unless your order contains a pre-order item.

Due to their speed and security, Bank Wire payments are our preferred method for orders at Bullion Standard.

ACH (eCheck) payments typically take 5 business days to fully clear, though in some cases it may take slightly longer, such as 6 business days. Banking holidays, including federal holidays and weekends, are not included in this timeframe. While the funds may have already been debited from your account, we don’t receive them until they have fully cleared through the ACH network. This processing timeframe is a normal part of how ACH payments work, as they require a few business days to completely clear.

Once your payment has cleared, you’ll receive a confirmation email, and your order will move into our shipping queue for fulfillment. Once your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information. If you prefer a faster fulfillment timeline for future orders, Bank Wire payments are typically processed the same or next business day once sent.
